To move a Telegram sticker pack into WhatsApp on an iPhone, copy the pack's link — it looks like t.me/addstickers/PackName — and paste it into a converter app such as StickerBridge, which rebuilds the stickers in WhatsApp's format and hands the finished pack to WhatsApp. WhatsApp itself cannot read Telegram packs, and Telegram cannot export to WhatsApp, so a third app in the middle is the only route on iOS.

Before you start
- You need WhatsApp installed on the same iPhone. The converter hands the pack to WhatsApp directly; there is no web upload step.
- You need the sticker pack link, not a single sticker and not a chat link. See the next section if you do not have it yet.
- WhatsApp allows 30 stickers per pack, and needs at least 3. That is WhatsApp's own rule, not a converter's. Telegram packs are frequently larger than 30, so a big pack has to become several WhatsApp packs.
- If your pack is a video pack, the free tier cannot export it at all. Not "fewer stickers" — zero. See what free actually gets you below before you start.
- This is an iPhone/iOS guide. StickerBridge has no Android version.
Step 1 (the part people get stuck on): get the pack link
Telegram does not put a "copy pack link" button anywhere obvious. The link lives on the pack, not the sticker, so you have to open the pack first.
- Open any chat in Telegram where the sticker you want has been sent.
- Long-press the sticker. A menu appears.
- Tap View pack. You are now looking at the whole pack, not one sticker.
- Tap the ⋯ button, then Copy link.

The addstickers segment is the thing to check. If the link you copied says something else — t.me/somechannel, or a link with a message ID on the end — you copied a chat or a message, not a pack, and the converter will not know what to do with it. Go back and open the pack first.
If you do not have a pack in a chat to long-press, you can also paste a pack link someone sent you, or search for packs inside Telegram and open one from there — the same Share step applies once the pack view is open.
Step 2: convert the pack
- Install a converter app on the iPhone. StickerBridge is ours and is free to install.

t.me/addstickers/…link into the import field. - Preview the pack. The app fetches the stickers and shows you what you are about to add, so you can confirm it is the right pack before it lands in WhatsApp. Every sticker is resized and re-encoded to the format WhatsApp accepts — this is why you cannot simply save the images and import them by hand.
- Tap add to WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens and asks you to confirm. Accept, and the pack appears in your sticker tray.
All of this happens on the phone — there is no account to create and no sign-up in StickerBridge, and the stickers are processed on the device.
Step 3: find the stickers in WhatsApp
- Open any WhatsApp chat.
- Tap the emoji/sticker icon next to the message field.
- Switch to the stickers tab. Your imported pack is in the tray with the rest of them.
Static, animated and video stickers
Telegram ships three kinds of stickers, and they are not the same file underneath. This is the part that trips up manual methods and some converters.

The practical takeaway: if a pack looks animated in Telegram, saving the files to your camera roll and importing them yourself will not work. The .tgs format in particular is not something WhatsApp understands. A converter that only handles static stickers will either skip the animated ones or flatten them into stills. What free actually gets you, and what Pro changes
This is worth reading before you start, because it decides how much of your pack actually arrives.
Two separate limits are at work, and people mix them up constantly:
WhatsApp's limit (applies to everyone)
A WhatsApp sticker pack holds a maximum of 30 stickers, and needs at least 3. That is WhatsApp's own rule. Nothing lifts it — not Pro, not any other tool. A Telegram pack bigger than 30 has to become more than one WhatsApp pack; there is no way to put 60 stickers in a single WhatsApp pack.

On the free tier you get one pack, truncated — never multiple parts. How much survives depends on the sticker type:

The video case is the one that catches people out, so to say it plainly: if the pack you are importing is a video sticker pack and you are not on Pro, you will get zero stickers, not a reduced set. The app tells you rather than silently producing an empty pack, but it is not a matter of waiting or retrying — Pro is what lifts it.

If it does not work
The app says it cannot read the link
Nine times out of ten the link is not a pack link. Check it contains addstickers. A link to a channel, a chat, or a single forwarded message will not resolve to a pack.
Nothing exported at all, from a video pack
That is the free tier: video packs export zero stickers without Pro. It is not a bug and retrying will not change it.
Fewer stickers arrived than the pack has
Check the number against the table above. Exactly 12 from an animated pack, or exactly 30 from a large static pack, is the free tier doing what it does — you got one truncated pack rather than the whole thing. Splitting the remainder into further packs is a Pro behaviour.
The pack imported but the stickers are still
Check that the pack really was animated in Telegram. Some packs mix still and animated stickers, so a tray that looks half-static may be accurate.
The pack does not show up in WhatsApp
Make sure you completed WhatsApp's own confirmation prompt — the hand-off opens WhatsApp and waits for you to accept. If you dismissed that screen, the pack was never added; run the export again. More causes in WhatsApp stickers not showing up.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add Telegram stickers to WhatsApp without another app?
Not in any practical way on iPhone. WhatsApp does not import Telegram packs and Telegram does not export to WhatsApp, so the files have to be converted to WhatsApp's sticker format by something in between. Saving sticker images by hand does not work for animated or video packs at all, since Telegram's .tgs animation format is not something WhatsApp can read.
Does this work on Android?
StickerBridge is iPhone-only; there is no Android version. The general idea — get the t.me/addstickers/… link, convert, hand off to WhatsApp — is the same on any platform, but you would need a different tool.
